Any tournament with 7+ teams will offer rebates to the groups that registered the earliest.
To become eligible for this rebate (maximum $50), a team must:
1. Send a full entry fee by PayPal or Check/Money Order
2. Submit a registration form with desired Tournament Date, Team Name, and Roster
(an email with this information is acceptable)
3. Be one of the first six (6) teams to register for a tournament

All entry fees are used to pay for the expenses involved with running tournaments. Any left over money is used to award cash prizes for the top teams at the tournament. |

The financial obligations to the Fast Plastic organization for 2009 amount to $400. This sanctioning fee is used to pay expenses involved with conducting the National Championship Tournament in Texas. |

Here is the financial worksheet for 2008. We ran 2 regions with a AAA division embedded in the Orange County section.
The preseason advertisement earned $212 in additional entry fees.
The AAA Prizes were pooled for the end of the year tournament. The $100 Fast Plastic AAA sanctioning fee was added to the AAA prize as well as $12 earned from the pre-season advertisement. |
