This division is designed for recreational and developing teams who want to play in fast pitch events. The main goal of our tournaments is to make sure teams of all skill levels enjoy their experience. This translates to providing opportunities for everyone to compete for titles and cash prizes.

Fast Pitch tournaments begin with all teams in one division. After two or three preliminary games, the field of teams is divided into the Pro and AAA divisions. The remainder of the day is spent playing elimination games until two champions have been determined. |

|
A portion of all entry fees is saved up from the series of summer tournaments to create a prize pool for the AAA Finals. Last season's AAA Finals paid out a total of $700; the Southside Sharks were the tournament champions and won $500. |

The 2009 AAA Finals will take place on September 26 in Anaheim. Not all teams are eligible to participate. Only the teams who have played in Fast Pitch events and who are considered developing or recreational will be invited to compete. |

For the second time this season, the Circle City Giants were the top representative of the AAA teams in attendance. They have gone deeper into tournaments and pushed the pro teams to the limit better than any up and coming team before them. Schwagger Child and Jager Bombs displayed some impressive skills as well and experienced some success against opponents of similar skill level. Looking forward to both of these teams making a return visit in the finals. Hard 90 got an early win, but they may still be looking for the extra arm to get them over the hump. The Baby Blue Bombers have a solid future ahead. Every player has a young arm that will only get better with each tournament experience. |

The Circle City Giants went undefeated against all the AAA opponents for the day. The early season favorites to win the AAA crown showcase two pitchers and a solid approach to driving in runs. The Little League All-Stars were barely nipped 1-0 in the final game. They will continue to develop their roster during the year and make a run for the championship by the end of the season. Hard 90 finished in third place as they struggled to find enough pitching to get them through the grind of a complete tournament. |
